The recording is sent within 3 business days after the webinar and remains available for 90 calendar days from delivery of the link. Participants who miss the live session also receive the recording.

The credit is valid for 15 calendar days after your webinar: Russian session through November 2, Ukrainian through November 9, and English through November 16, 2026, inclusive, until 11:59 PM Chicago time. Email atacheusa@gmail.com from your checkout email and specify your chosen package. Our manager will confirm its contents and availability and deduct $50 USD from the invoice. Buying a package is optional and is not required to attend or access the recording. A refunded payment cannot also be used as credit. After the deadline, the credit expires; your agreed 90-day recording access remains available.
A full $50 USD refund is available if your request is received at least 72 hours before your selected session starts: Russian by October 15 at 11:00 AM, Ukrainian by October 22 at 11:00 AM, and English by October 29, 2026, at 12:00 PM (noon) Chicago time. Email atacheusa@gmail.com from your checkout email, with your name and session. The deadline is determined by when the organizer receives your request.
Later cancellation or non-attendance does not qualify for a refund on that basis; you will receive the recording. If the organizer cancels the webinar or does not provide the paid service, a full refund is available. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method; the bank determines when funds appear.
INKOZA LLC uses your name, email, phone number, selected session and payment information to register you, confirm payment, send reminders, Zoom details and the recording, provide support, process refunds and apply partner-package credit.
Stripe processes payments. Card details are entered on Stripe's page, rather than in a form on this website. Tilda, Google, Make and Zoom support our website, registration data, automation, emails and webinars. They may process relevant personal and technical information under their own policies, including in the United States and other countries. See Stripe, Tilda, Google, Make and Zoom.
The webinar is recorded. A participant's name, voice, video or messages may appear in the recording if they participate using those features. The recording is shared with paid participants. Contact the organizer before the webinar if you have questions about participating without appearing in the recording.
Registration and payment information is retained as needed to provide the service, handle requests and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements.
